Less erections
I’ve been doing the beginner routine for 6 weeks now following everything pretty well straight forward except that instead of 10 min of stretches I was doing three pound hangs. Anyway basically a week or 2 in I noticed a fairly sharp decrease in sex drive and subsequently less erections. Although when I do get a hard on it’s rock hard as usual and everything seems fine. I havent experienced any pain and there really hasnt been any life changes except getting healthier if anything.
I’m a little concerned because I’m 26 and usually horny as all hell. When I see an attractive girl my mind gets turned on but that rush sensation to the genitals just isnt there unless I smack it around a little.
Hope this hasnt been brought up to many times, looked around but coudnt find anything. Don’t wanna stop but don’t really wanna progress until I get some answers.
