I was wondering if by stretching straight out then pushing in and down on your fat pad with your other hand until you can feel the connecting ligaments of your penis, applying high amounts of pressure in and down, would this work in the same manner as say.. BTC hanging? And while it could get tiresome, couldn’t this allow for greater pressure to help release/relax the suspending ligaments?

I find that when sitting straight up my penis becomes a solid inch or two shorter than when I am slouching in my chair. I was trying to figure out if there is a way to even this out.

A manual BTC stretch would be the only way to imitate the effect of BTC hanging. However, having done a fair amount of BTC hanging myself, I have to say the intensity of hanging even a small amount of weight is difficult or impossible to match even with a manual stretch.

Pushing directly on your ligaments… I can’t see how that would do anything.

If you want to stretch the ligaments, it requires a rigorous, dedicated, consistent hanging program, and it takes at least months, possibly years to get major deformation in those ligaments (depending on the # of hours you’re hanging daily/weekly/and the weight, etc). Then don’t forget—you need to cement those gains. If you suddenly stopped hanging, the ligaments would eventually retract over the following months & years (causing a significant loss in gains).

I’ve been hanging with my ADS at around 1kg for a solid 2 months everyday, but I have not gotten fatigued once. I think I need to up my weight to 2.5kg, but my ADS will not support the weight :(

From what I’ve learned it seems an ADS is best as a supplemental exercise for cementing gains. It’s an excellent way to avoid turtling after your PE workouts.
