Hello, I mainly started to do PE to increase length. I am just wondering which exercises would increase my length gains the most. I would also like to know how to control your erect percentage, like how it says that you need a lesser erect percentage in the jelq exercises to increase length, but it is hard for me to control that, so how should I be able to control it better?

Hi there magmakiller! I gained 1+cm in the first month when I started PE. I did the newbie routine and I believe that many more people will recommend it too.

I remember having the same problem with the erection, it was always too high and I had to wait for it to subside. I don’t have that “problem” now.

That’s about the best advice anyone can give you. This advice is best because of the trauma your unit is about to go through. It’s to keep you able to use your penis when you want and to help reduce the chances of permanently injuring your unit. Good luck and may you make it what you want it to be.

I follow the newbie routine too and made nearly 3mm in the first four weeks in length gains.
Does not sound dramatic but that would sum up to an incredible 3.6cm (close to 1.4 inches) in a full year.
I do think that this is a nice increase rate already. Better slower and steadier growth than initial growth spurts in order to reach a frustrating plateau sooner.

And for controlling your erections: depends highly on the age.
It is all in your mind - and maybe in a little porn restrain before and during PE exercises.
And if all fails think about something turning you off.

Wow - When you look at it that way those really are great gains!

I also did the newby routine and I grew 1,8 cm in 2 months.

Just make sure you warm up properly, and when you jelq make sure you feel the blood flowing to the glance.

When you PE longer you get used to doing it, it almost turns in to somekind of formality. Automaticly leaving you with less of a hard one XD
