What is the key of your gains in length?

Personally, I have gained length (and girth) from pumping; but I think that most people on this forum would recommend hanging and manual stretching as the best ways of gaining length.

how pressure and that routine you had gains?

My pumping gains were achieved a very long time ago (long before I ever heard of Thunder’s Place), so I can’t recall the exact details. Also, the equipment I used was very basic (rubber bulb to create vacuum). I would say that my routine was probably quite close to the one described by Avocet8 in his classic thread ‘Pumping 101’; i.e. low pressure (3 - 5hg), and sets of 10 - 20 minutes pumping. If you want to start pumping you will find everything you need to know in ‘Pumping 101’. A word of caution though, my early PE routine was a combination of exercises and pumping (the Chartham method); so it was kind of like the Newbie Routine plus pumping. If you haven’t already used the Newbie Routine, your cock may not be properly conditioned to take on a pumping program.

This is only what has worked for me, so you might be better to wait for other members to post their answers on gaining length; you might find out about other routines that are better suited to your own situation - pumping is not suitable for everyone.

Tweaking, I have a real issue with using IR - I find by the time i’ve heated the second side (I aim just to directly heat the corpus cavernosum) that i’ve lost a lot of temperature from the already heated side. I’ve experimented with toil foil (not as a hat) with little success.

For me all manual routines.

Started using an extender and jelqing and since moved on to hanging.


Started: BPEL 6.75" MSEG 4.75", Now: BPEL 7.75" MSEG 5.438", Goal: BPEL 8" MSEG 6"

Sintagma, it’s not too different from what I used before. I just scaled it back some due to not exercising in a while. And I haven’t used the LEDs yet or any other wearable heating devices. I am working on a new one that should be simpler to wear.

Well using an extender can get you 0.1 inch a month or more sometimes.
