I’m really in the process of experimenting with heat and cooling and creating a routine that works for me. I was doing other stuff for a while and it just wasn’t working out. So this routine might seem a bit strange.
5 minutes of dry jelqing under the heat lamp. Then I chuck on a wrap and the Captn’s Wench with 1.25kg (the most I can take without huge discomfort at the glans) and hang in front of the IR lamp for about 5 minutes, just the top of the shaft, since I have an upward curve. Then I remove the IR lamp and let it hang for another 10 minutes or until my penis has cooled. I do 2 or 3 sets of that once a day with an occasional day off.
I do some other stuff sometimes but it’s kind of complicated/weird and hard to explain and involves an extender.
I follow with a bit more dry jelqing then clamping for 15 minutes. I heat under the IR lamp for the first 5 minutes on all sides then remove the IR lamp and do light bends while it cools. I do 1 or 2 sets of that 2 days on 1 day off.
Erect bends are dangerous. I do them very gently and gradually at a highly heated temperature. Be careful if you try them.
I do this routine at night then wear an autoXleeve all night.
