Hello men, I am new to all of this so please be a patiently with me. I’ve found that you guys are really good and helpful. Here’s the thing. I am 59 years old and I tried PE awhile back but never did see alot of results (I did see some). So it’s been awhile since I’ve stopped, so my question is can I start back with the hopes of seeing results if I stay with it? I know I must be patient and put in the necessary time and effort. The thing I am really interested in is more length, and I read somewhere on your forum that to acquire length it’s best to maintain a 60 to 80 % erection. That’s somewhat hard for me to do, I have a problem keeping it kinda soft. Also, I normally do around 400 hand over hand. Men, my length really troubles me and if anyone can couch me through this, you guys can. I read how helpful you are to one another so I am asking for your advice and help.


Stretching and hanging are exercises done flaccid, which target length. As you continue the exercises, your erection quality should improve as well. Take a look at the supplement section as well for some info on Ginkgo and Ginseng. Good luck!

Thanks so much men, I am almost there. I read upon as well as ordered the Ginkgo and Ginseng supplements. MY only other questions is when you say the stretching and hanging exercises, I take it you mean the JAI or the V stretch exercises, those were the only ones I’ve been able to locate. And my last question is, and this will sound dumb, but is the hanging part a part of that exercise? Hey, no laughing men I told you I was new at this :)

Hanging is literally hanging weights off the end of your penis with an apparatus made for this purpose. By the sound of your experience, this is something you can save for the future, definitely not necessary for a beginner, and possibly never necessary depending on how fast you grow from a manual (hands-only) routine. Take a look at the newbie routine and their is a video section showing and explaining many of the various exercises that can be performed. Maybe someone can post a link to this section for you…I haven’t been there in awhile.
