A little help. Stupid question, but is jelqing for girth or length or both. I’m looking to develop length in the beginning and then concentrate on girth while I maintain any gains I achieve. Any tips on what to start with for length. I’ve been jelqing for awhile, haven’t really had anything measurable, but about to become dedicated and addicted. Any tips would be most helpful.

Jelqing works on both, but if you really want to aim for length, you should do stretches, as well.

Jelqing can help with both length and girth. Lower erection jelqing targets length while high erection jelqing targets girth. If you are new to PE, start with the newbie routine and as time passes, you can move onto more advanced routines. The only tip I can give for PE is to be consistent and remember PE takes time so don’t beat the heck out of your penis. Slow and steady is best :) Good Luck :)


Past: 5-5.5" BPEL x 4.5" GIRTH

Whats your routine now? I think stretching before jelqing is good to warm up your dick for its hell. Jelqing at 50% has helped me when gunning for length.

Yes, what is routine like? How long do you warm up? How long do you stretch? How long do you jelq and at what erection level? Just like aom91 ,I prefer 50-60% on wets.

I think of jelqing when you are 80% erect as enlarging the head and upper penis.
Jelqing via stretching lengthens and for some thins.
“Horse”? exercises thicken the entire penis but do not lengthen it.

I concur with the “slow and steady”. Even slow and steady I had 3 minor injuries in 14 or so months.

Jelqing via stretching thins? Not that I’ve heard of. What is jelqing via stretching, anyway? For me at least, stretching is a distinctly different activity than jelqing.

I don’t know of anyone who wound up thinner from either stretching or jelqing. In fact, members here have sought a way to get more length without gaining girth, but found out that stretching gained them girth in the process.

There may indeed be a way to get more length without girth, but from your postings in other threads, I don’t get the impression that that is what you are after.
