I am an experienced PE’er of about 3 years, on and off, and I’ve gained a little over an inch in bper. I am now going to take a deconditioning break for three months. What kind of things can I do during my break to reduce loss of gains? Can I still clamp for girth or not? What kind of supplements should I be taking during this time.

Have you gained anything in girth?I would stay away from clamping if your on a break and if your wanting length more than girth.

Do a maintenance program; once a week or so should be enough to hold what you’ve got and will virtually = a deconditioning break.

What does a maintenance routine look like?

A maintenance routine can be anything. The newbie routine would do the job. Ive heard of it being used as one.

A less intense version of your current routine. Example:

Current routine:
20 min jelqing
5x2 min stretching
10 min clamping

Maintenance routine:

5 min jelqing
5x1 min stretching

Clamping for girth is sort of the antithesis of a decon. break.

I am an experienced PEer but I say width instead of girth, and bper instead of bpel and I can’t do a search to find out anything. :rolleyes:
