Iv been doing the newbie routine for about a month and I think I have actually lost some length.What should I do?

how hard are you pulling?

For how long are you holding the pulls?

I Pull almost as hard as I can for about 10 min in every direction

Then I do about 150 Jelqs

And do 30 kenals

And then a hot shower

But I lost .25 in length and haven’t gained in girth.I am 18

What about erection hardness? If you are overtrained your erections are not that hard, so your length decreases. When I’m overtrained, sometimes I even come with a low erection level, which is disgusting I think.
