I read the post down a bit and wanted to ask a few questions on it but I’m new and not sure weather to start my own thread rather than high-jack someone Else’s so sorry if this is similar.
I am new here but have been doing PE for a few months with no gains although I do get an extra 1/2 inch at the time of doing my workout.and my flaccid length in a little bigger but erect length hasn’t changed

I’ve done so much research and read post on here for hours that I’m kinda confused more than ever now.the old saying too much of a good thing is bad for you.
I will introduce myself properly now below so sorry if to much detail but just so you know what I am and what I want.
I’m 38 yrs old and as I said in my other post have been very embarrassed most my days to shower in gym etc,I’ve also refused sex on many occasion because of my manhood size.my work in the gym gets me quite a few offers.I don’t suffer from low self esteem and am a very confident outgoing guy apart from this penis hang up I’ve got.I work out very regular at local gym got a decent body for my age. I’m 5ft 10,32 waist 48 chest 16 inch biceps.which can make my dick look even smaller.I take the right supplements etc.I’m dedicated at my body building so hopefully will be the same with my PE. Which I’m hoping will help my overall gains for PE as well.I .I just wish I knew about PE 20 years ago .
My last partner was used to 9 inches by over 6 girth and she basically told me hey waste of time.my present girl has only orgasmed during inter-coarse once and it was when my dick was all swollen from a long sex session and it was at least 6 1/2 girth just below head.so this has taught me size does matter in bed and for confidence.lol.
I myself am looking for length more than girth although any girth gain would be welcome,
I’ve only just got on this site so was jelqing from bits and peaces I pick up of net.
I wasn’t stretching at all I was just warm wrap,jelqing and kegels.but I noticed on here a member was told if he wants length more than girth then he should wrap,jelq then stretch.as apposed to stretching then jelqing.
Would this be same for me??
I couldn’t find fulcrums on the glossary are they important?
If anyone has the time or patients to point me in a good routine I would be grate full as I’ve been at it a few months although not the exact newbie routine.I was thinking maybe I should move on from newbie routine unless it’s a bad idea?
Also since doing PE when I ejaculate it doesn’t squirt very much now.
