I read the post down a bit and wanted to ask a few questions on it but I’m new and not sure weather to start my own thread rather than high-jack someone Else’s so sorry if this is similar.
I am new here but have been doing PE for a few months with no gains although I do get an extra 1/2 inch at the time of doing my workout.and my flaccid length in a little bigger but erect length hasn’t changed
I’m 5 1/2 BPEL.5 1/4 EG.3 bpfl

I’ve done so much research and read post on here for hours that I’m kinda confused more than ever now.the old saying too much of a good thing is bad for you.

I will introduce myself properly now below so sorry if to much detail but just so you know what I am and what I want.
I’m 38 yrs old and as I said in my other post have been very embarrassed most my days to shower in gym etc,I’ve also refused sex on many occasion because of my manhood work in the gym gets me quite a few offers.I don’t suffer from low self esteem and am a very confident outgoing guy apart from this penis hang up I’ve got.I work out very regular at local gym got a decent body for my age. I’m 5ft 10,32 waist 48 chest 16 inch biceps.which can make my dick look even smaller.I take the right supplements etc.I’m dedicated at my body building so hopefully will be the same with my PE. Which I’m hoping will help my overall gains for PE as well.I .I just wish I knew about PE 20 years ago .

I’ve only just got on this site so was jelqing from bits and peaces I pick up of net.

I wasn’t stretching at all I was just warm wrap,jelqing and kegels.but I noticed on here a member was told if he wants length more than girth then he should wrap,jelq then apposed to stretching then jelqing.
Would this be same for me??

I couldn’t find fulcrums on the glossary are they important?

If anyone has the time or patients to point me in a good routine I would be grate full as I’ve been at it a few months although not the exact newbie routine.I was thinking maybe I should move on from newbie routine unless it’s a bad idea?

Also since doing PE when I ejaculate it doesn’t squirt very much now.

Everyone is different but I highly recommend you put some stretches into your routine before moving on to something new. I can attribute my length gains to my love of stretching.

My favorite is what I guess you can call a fulcrum stretch (correct me if I’m wrong)

1) grab just below the penis head with your right hand, palm down, thumb toward shaft (use powder to prevent slippage)
2) bring your left hand under the penis shaft and grab your right wrist
3) pull down with your right grip hand and push up with your left wrist.
4) count to 30 and wriggle your left wrist
5) alternate and repeat until you feel you’ve had a good stretch.
6) proceed to jelging or more stretching as per the Newbie Routine.

Another good one is what I like to call the ‘Al Bundy’ stretch where I sit on the couch and watch TV, put my hand down my pants and pull my penis up for a good stretch. Might as well do something constructive while you’re doing nothing, right?

Another thing and I don’t mean to get preachey, it’s just that I hate hearing about this; don’t let other people dictate how you feel about yourself. Chicks often exaggerate past partners size because they have absolutely no concept of size even when it’s, ahem, staring them in the face. I’ve had chicks say I was 10” in front of other people and I’m nowhere close to that big or would want to be.

Women also lie about past lovers to fuck with your confidence. The best thing to do is see it for what it is and move on. Trust me, I’ve had the same thing happen where I’ve had chicks telling me I was ‘just average’ and I believed it. Not that there’s one thing wrong with it.

Also, as I get older (38), I realise it’s not about dick size that make the man, it’s simply being a man. Pulling her up when she is out of line, making sweet love to her, making her feel good about herself and good when she’s with you and most important, being yourself and not lowering yourself to her or anyone else. This site has been great for helping me realise what is normal and what is bullshit. There are alot of positive people here to help you out and support you. A big dick only gets you so far, a positive mind takes you anywhere you want.

tg, flaccid length gains are usually where guys see their first gains. If you are bigger post-workout, it is usually a sign of gains to come. Keep on with the current routine, and I think that those flaccid and post-workout gains will cement themselves into EL gains. Try incorporating the stretches and see what results you get: if you shrink up too much or have trouble getting hard afterwards, you’re doing too much.

FYI, you are “average”, not small in terms of BPEL.



A ‘fulcrum stretch’ Is a bit confusing, and it has puzzled several guys here first off. But it is simply like using say a block on which is placed a lever to give added ‘lift’ to raise an object.

So in PE it is using your hand to hold your dick while pulling it around with the other hand.

There are several variations of this, ie., using a length of pipe to use as a fulcrum to stretch your dick sideways, (but these are more advanced techniques)

Thanks for the input it’s appreciated as I’m sure you get the same repetitive questions.. I will start the stretches as well,,I’m not setting myself big goals,even a half inch in length would be a success in my eyes as it’s a half inch I never had.I do like the fact that PE makes your manhood more vascular even in the short space of time I’ve been doing it..

I will crack on for a while and keep reading the post
