I have stopped doing jelquing for a while, I just incorporate into my routine, and when I’m jelquing my penis nearly reaches erect size but still completely flaccid and soft. Why a change like this, I use to do jelqs two weeks ago and my penis was never that big.

The guy I bought the clamp from said it will increase corpora carnevosa size, and allows to hold more blood and told me length gains are possible, I really feel it is working for me.

Also after PE is it bad if my penis turtles, would it be best to wrap it. I was reading about wrapping and am considering it, any advice on it.

Lastly I want am going to compose my own routine for length gains, what are the recommended training schedule. For example should I be training, 5 days straight?

And lastly can my length routine be centered around mostly jelqs?

After I PE I always wrap with a warm hand rag. It seems to let it hang longer in its flaccid state. So I would suggest a warm wrap.

Yes it can. My suggestion would be jelqing straight down with an overhand OK grip. Keep the erection level around 50%, and you will be able to feel the lig stretch. There are many members here who have gained quite a lot in length with just jelqing.

Its bad if your penis hurts. Its never susposed to hurt. You might me overdoing something. Im not actually sure what. I dont use clamps, so i dont know. Try sticking to a good schedule that will allow you to heal for the gains.
