Hi I’ve been PEing for like 2 weeks now and I have been noticing gains particularly in the area of girth, but I also want to gain length too and the newbie routine that I’ve been doing doesn’t seem to lengthen the penis. I also have problems stretching the ligaments at the base of the penis hurt a lot after I stretch. Can anyone help me out with some good stretching exercises?

Well, two weeks of PEing is lovely :D You’ll see your flacid penis hanging bigger. It’s a sign of gain. So keep on going with newbie routine and find out something more interesting after four weeks.

Your penis will take times to get used to your routine. I think you should do your newbie routine properly, for example like never skip warming-up stage, start from light tension while stretching and never intend to perform any other advance stretching routine.

Routine : Manual-V-Inverted V-JAI-BTC stretches (alot of stretches :D ). Wet Jelq, Pumping (once a week to maintain my girth)

I’ve definitely noticed some increase flaccid and possibly some girth after 2 1/2 weeks. The perception has kept me motivated.
