Length gains routine

Hey guys I have been around here for sometime reading but seriously I got kinda lost,well my main goal is length for now I have done PE before for a few weeks but wasn’t consistent just to try it out and started it again this time looking to get the best I can out of it,doing the newbie routine right now just manual stretches downwards,and sides to sides,can’t feel much from the straight and upward stretches.is that enough? Should I add something else,I was looking to hear whats your fav length gaining routine.thanks in advance

I would just stick with the n00b routine my friend. It has worked for lots of people.

Follow Iamaru’s advice. He has given it to you twice already. No need to start different threads on essentially the same question.

Also some suggestions: Use the space bar after commas and periods. Cutting down on your run-on sentences wouldn’t be a bad idea either.
