My routine is -
Hot wrap - 5 minutes
Manual stretches - 10 to 15 minutes
Dry jelqing - 10 minutes
Cool down

I also do some stretches throughout the day when I have time.

I have been doing PE consistently for about 3 months now and I am pretty sure that I have gained some length although I may be wrong with my measurements. However I have recently noticed a loss in girth. I used to be 4.75 inches before PE but now I am usually 4.6 inches, although this can increase depending on how my EQ is. Maybe I am overworking my penis. If I stopped or lightened my routine would I see this girth return. I don’t feel like I am overworking my penis though.

Also, when I manual clamp I measure my girth to be just under 5 inches! Does this mean I should start clamping or continue manual clamping.


Do you take rest days? If so how many days on and how many days off do you do? I think you should stick with manual clamping if you like that for a few more months.

PE Goal: 7.5" NBP x 5.8" MSG

Continue mannually clamping. Try adding more jelqs maybe. Or try making your jelqs last longer.

Gradually reduce your workout towards no workout(rest) and stay there for a couple of days. I think, by doing this you’ll keep your length gains and you’ll give your penis a rest to see what happens with the girth.
