Length Gain Only

Hi everyone,
I am on my 3rd month of PE and I am only wish to increase my length to minimum 7’ NBP
(I am currently 6.4’ NBP ×5.6’ girth).
My routine is base only on manual streching.
I am doing 5 min warm up
2 sets of stretching to each direction
And 5 min warm down after each session
2 days on 1 day off.

I didn’t gain any erect length size (maybe 1 mm but not more).
What else could I do ?
I can’t buy ADS and I can’t do more then 2 sets because I have one vein who become painfull from previous injury.

May should I do 3 days on and 1 day off?

Dude, your routine is very light, you should intensify it, also, i recommend you a few of jelq, is the best exercise for the dick.

The problem with me doing jelqing is that I have one vein that always hurt after jelq. So jelqing is not an option for me at the moment.
Maybe I will do more sets

Dude, i recommend you take care of lesions, try check your technique and realize the exercises with good form, so you will haven’t any problem or damage on your penis.

Mmaybe you should get an advice from a doctor about that vein. If it was there pre-PE, then you should.check it anyways.
