I’ve been doing PE for about a month now, currently doing the newbie routine. I was wondering what kind of exercises are particularly good for length. I know stretches are good, but is there anything else? What kind of stretches are best? Thanks for your help, everybody in advance.

Jelquing at low erection level is another great lenght exercise for us newbies!

Also hanging is considered to be the most effective method for gaining length, but it’s not recommended for newbies. Do manual for about 1 more month, then you can hang.

Insert in your stretch routine v-stretch and inverted v-stretch. for me it was useful.
