There was a period of time when I conducted sessions twice a day - I really wish I could go back to that but alas the schedule these days don’t afford me the time.
But basically I split my routine up and concentrated on length one day, then girth on other days - I called them Long Days and Fat Days. Long days were basic stretches and some time in my LengthMaster and Fat Days consisted of clamping and pumping. Again, take a look at the log and see if there’s anything there that you can benefit from.

It’s a shame I don’t venture out of Thunders when it comes to PE, maybe I should! Seems like there is a lot more I could learn :) How have you found your bathmate to be? (If you don’t mind me asking) I’m still contemplating getting one.
