Length before girth
I started the newbie routine about a week and a half ago, and I have been reading that length is harder to gain when your gaining girth as well. I started the newbie routine which has jelqing in it every time I stretch. Jelqing is a girth gaining exercise right? Will I gain more length if I just stretch with no jelqing? Or is it best just to stick with my routine.
5min hot wrap
5-10min manual stretch(30second holds)
10-15min of jelqs
5min hot wrap
50 kegels of 5 second holds
2days on 1day off
