Length before girth

I started the newbie routine about a week and a half ago, and I have been reading that length is harder to gain when your gaining girth as well. I started the newbie routine which has jelqing in it every time I stretch. Jelqing is a girth gaining exercise right? Will I gain more length if I just stretch with no jelqing? Or is it best just to stick with my routine.

5min hot wrap
5-10min manual stretch(30second holds)
10-15min of jelqs
5min hot wrap
50 kegels of 5 second holds

2days on 1day off

Jelqing can be either length or girth. Your routine looks good (but then what do I know—yes its been one of those types of day).

I’m sure some of the other fellas will chime in shortly.

I also believe the rubber band theory, the thicker the band, the harder to stretch.

As sunshine said, jelq is for length and girth. But it will be quite difficult to gain EL if you don’t train your penis to hold more blood, and jelq will do the trick.

I suggest never skip jelq in your routine, if you want to have EG gain later, don’t do too much girth specified routine until you’re close to you length target.

I mostly do stretch/hang/ADS/jelq, and end with just 1 session short time clamp. I think I will do Uli/Horse/Clamp etc, when I’m close to my length target, which is still years to come.

I am gonna stop clamping until I hit or get near my EL target. Even if girth doesn’t slow down your length gains, it is still a good thing to concentrate on one target at a time. Also, from what I’ve read, girth often comes with length exercises anyways. Jelqs help condition your wang for clamping/whatever girth stuff you’ll do later. So, you know. Win-win.

What the other members said. Jelqing has increases both my length and girth at the same time so I can safely say that it should be a staple in every routine, just don’t over do it.

By the way guys do an all girth routine (no lengt whatsoever) reduce your EL?

Never heard doing completely girth routine will reduce EL, but if you gain only girth, you dick may LOOK shorter.

I’m new to PE as well, but I have done a lot of reading on this site before I started. From what I have read, while you are jelqing if you want to target length you should jelq more at lower erection levels. If you wanted to target more girth, jelq more at higher erection levels.

Just by two cents. Hope this helps :)
