Hey guys, I’ve been PEing for a few months now and have been seeing some decent gains. Just curious, do you guys think it is better to concentrate on either length or girth separately? Or can you gain both at the same time? I’ve been making some decent length gains but have not seen any girth yet. Here’s my routine:

Currently doing this 3 days a week
Warm up
100 wet jelqs
20 10-20second holds
Manual stretching
Warm down
I also use a captain’s wench hanger with 3-5lb weights for 1-2 10 minute sessions on PE days.

I’m currently 6.5 BPEL and 4.5 EG. Would it be better for me to focus on getting to my ideal length and then work on getting to my ideal girth? Or would the other way around be a better option? Just curious if there has ever been a discussion on this.

I have read several treads on this. I understand it is better to go for length, then work on girth. The main reason is that a smaller girth takes less tension when stretching or hanging than a larger girth. This makes sense to me and is what I am trying to do.

I say, “trying to do,” because I notice in many of the members progress (in PE Stats) that most gain length and girth at the same time.

How many months are you in PE and how much you gained?? Becouse your routine seems abit light.

i bealive that your forus should be depending on your goals, few months should let you realize what your lenght/girth rate, and by that you can focus your program.

my goal is 4 cm lenght and 1 cm girth ATM. there for, my program is set to gain 2 cm in lenght and what ever girth i can get then i’ll be adding girth to the program for my final goal. (i belive i will gain about 0.2 cm girth while gaining the 1st 2 lenght cm)

Thanks for the advice 4Foreskin. It seems that with most PE techniques even if you are shooting for length you are bound to gain a little girth. I think I’ll shoot for at least an inch more BPEL before I try for girth.

I am going for about an inch or so in length as well.

Just FYI. I am doing a light newbie routine like you and so far it is working for me. I have gained about 1/4 inch in length in about two months. It is not setting the world on fire, but it is more than I had. :)

I would say do length first.
Then hammer the girth.

Because you have less meat to work with if you work on length first then on girth.

Because if you started with girth you’d have thicker cells to elongate.
I don’t think I explained this properly.
