Length and Width
Hey guys, I’ve been PEing for a few months now and have been seeing some decent gains. Just curious, do you guys think it is better to concentrate on either length or girth separately? Or can you gain both at the same time? I’ve been making some decent length gains but have not seen any girth yet. Here’s my routine:
Currently doing this 3 days a week
Warm up
100 wet jelqs
20 10-20second holds
Manual stretching
Warm down
I also use a captain’s wench hanger with 3-5lb weights for 1-2 10 minute sessions on PE days.
I’m currently 6.5 BPEL and 4.5 EG. Would it be better for me to focus on getting to my ideal length and then work on getting to my ideal girth? Or would the other way around be a better option? Just curious if there has ever been a discussion on this.
