Hey guys.thanks in advance for your replies! I’m am new to this. As a matter of fact I have not started yet, but I am planning to soon.still in the info gathering stage. Well I am 6.5 inches in length and 6 in girth. I would like to ad in length. What do you guys think is the best way to do this? Also.what do you think about the lot theory? My lot is at 6 o’clock.which they say means I will have a harder time gaining length. Is this true, and if it is what methods would work the best for me? I would like to gain about 1 1/2 to 2 this possible? Thanks Again for your help and advice.


Don’t worry about your LOT, there are many PE vets that think LOT has little or no effect on gains. Just use the newbie routine for a couple months to condition your unit to the exercises, then if length is your only need look into hanging. Just make sure you stick to the newbie routine for a while first, you will very likely hurt yourself if start screwing around with different things before you give your unit time to become used to the exercises.

Correct me if I am wrong, but I believe that hanging also adds girth to the base of your penis.
