HI everybody.I’ve already read many tread about length and girth but,what is not so clear is if is better to gain as length as you can before starting increasing girth? I’ve been doing PE since 2 month ago,and my routine include now 25 minutes manual streatching(and I feel this works very well)60 dry jelq; 120 wet jelq;10 uli3;300kagels.This 3days on 1 off.Only 3 days/week I include 18 minutes idropumping.I mean is better to concentrate more effort on length gain?Probably is correct to say that with more girth is more difficult to gain length.My starting erecting measures:6.2(15.5cm) 5.4(13.5cm).I’m already gaining,but I want to work very well.

You can gain in both length and girth at the same time. I don’t believe one prevents the other.

I think it’s far from proven that a larger girth inhibits length gains, but at your stats, I’d focus on length for now. You’ll probably pick up some girth on the way.

Thnks.Have you read my routine?I’ve already gained 1cm(0.4 inch) length end 0.4 cm(0.16 inch) girth.I’m now concentrating a bit more on streatching that goes up 30 minutes(I mean manual streatching).What do you think about.

Good gains for only one month. Newbie effect at work. However, with only one month of conditioning, I think 30 minutes of stretching might be a little too much. If you do that, make sure you do a warmup/warm down. I personally like stretching and feel it is one of the safest things you can do. Just pay attention to your EQ and make sure you don’t injure yourself.
