When stretching your soft penis in a downward motion .is that for length or girth?? And stretching it straight out is for what?

Stretching in a downward angle is for length, maybe some girth if you do downward fulcrum stretches, and straight out is for length too if I’m not mistaking. Straight out and straight down are also the most effective angles for length too according to marinera.

Stretching in general is primarily for length, but subsequent girth gains can be obtained (usually at the base). If you are looking for both, I would suggest doing for jelqs.
