Lenght gains vs Girth Gain

I noticed that when I started doing clamping my lenght gains decreased. Is it the same for everybody? What should I do to keep gaining some lenght along with girth?

Btw my routine is 4 days a week and I do 3 sets of stretches each around 15 m, and then 2 sets of clamping each 10 m and I jelq in between clamping sets.

Don’t worry about it. You are still making gains in both directions. When you stretch do you measure your girth?

My girth is defenetly increasing even visually, but lenght was increasing at first but not in a last 2-3 of weeks. Sometimes when I get an erection my penis is a bit shorter then it was before. Maybe combining lenght exercises with girth excersizes is not good for some people or maybe I should decrease clamping a bit?

Measure the erection the next time you get one. It will tell you that it is the same or increased since last time. The extra girth makes it look smaller than it actually is.

Same thing happens to me Dx. Just do some Jelqing the night before you measure. Say 20 minutes of it. This just gets your erection quality back to where it was.

Its most likely that you haven’t lost length but that you just lost some erection quality. The jelqs bring it right back for me. So try them.

Good time to measure is in the morning when you wake up with morning wood. My morning wood is always hard as hell for some reason. So you can try measuring then to.

Yeah I’ve read about length gains with clamping and do believe that I’ve made some length gains clamping. Plan on measuring tomorrow so I’ll no then for sure.

Measured and looks like Ive made a little under an 1/8 inch increase in length. To tell you the truth I didn’t have the greatest erection when I measured to so I may have gained even more.

DX when you clamp do you use as many clicks as possible. I’ve found that if I clamp at lower pressure(less clicks) vs high pressure (more clicks) that I get more expansion and my erections get harder vs weaker.

So you might just try some low pressure clamping for a while. Sorry I didn’t think of this sooner.

I think my problem was that I was clamping too hard, because I noticed that my erections became weaker then before, but when I stopped PEing for 4 days they are getting harder again. I was also using very tight clamp.

I guess, I’ll take a week off, and then I’ll start doing more jelqing and lighter clamping.
