Lenght gains vs Girth Gain
I noticed that when I started doing clamping my lenght gains decreased. Is it the same for everybody? What should I do to keep gaining some lenght along with girth?
Btw my routine is 4 days a week and I do 3 sets of stretches each around 15 m, and then 2 sets of clamping each 10 m and I jelq in between clamping sets.
