I cut out jelqs and all girth work entirely due to time constraints when I was hanging 2 hours a day. I found the problem with doing heavy length work with no jelqs is erection issues. Jelqs improve erection strength, stretching hurts it. If you do both at the same time, you should be fine. If great erection strength isn’t an issue, then don’t worry about it. It’ll come back when you resume the jelqs or cut back on the length routine.
