Been lurking for a year, joined up and been religious on the PE for about two months. I had and still have truly poor EQ and ejaculate too quickly, watched to much porn and generally had a shitty sex life going. Having read a lot on the forum about the PC/BC/IP muscles I knew instinctively I had weak muscles down there and a poorly trained nervous system built to ejaculate quickly. So I knew I had some work to do. My body had adapted to what I was doing, so I had to reverse it.

After very consistent work for only 60 days, my EQ and control is improving and today for the first time I actually held a Kegel for 6-8 seconds give or take with solid identifiable pressure. Direct controlled tension without my abs or ass clenching, just straight PC/BC lock. Previously I couldn’t even comprehend what they meant by holding a Kegel, as I could only barely flex it a little, then it would just disappear - I would lose the feeling. It took some time but the light is on.

Further, I am learning to rewire the nervous system I have built. The key for me was learning to enjoy massaging my unit without building to climax. Its really hard at first, but today, only 60 days in, I was doing PE with lotion, just learning my dick and had a pretty good erection going for 20-30 minutes without ejaculation. I could back off and managed to do this for some time. It was quite fun and when I was done my unit was engorged with blood, looking full, and remained that way most of the day. I now come once every three days, instead of 3 times a day. My unit just has more energy.

I have a long way to go and am not even that focused on size, but my erections which were really weak are getting stronger. I am experimenting with the towel penis lift, and again see how weak my musculature is down there.

Gaining dick control is a primary goal for me, and I view PE as utterly critical to this end.

I wasn’t blessed with tremendous natural size, by my vascularity down there makes me think things will happen quickly. Looking forward for diamond cutter erections on command.

It perfect sense that your body adapts to what you do to it.

I now view PE as an essential part of any males healthy living.

My son will learn of PE before he is 18, not in a bad way, but just in a way that says “Having a large, healthy unit that functions well is an essential part of being a healthy man”

Makes sense to me.

Interesting post. You’re absolutely right that we too easily ignore the health of our penis until it becomes a problem and even then the advice out there for sexual stamina (in any sense) is lacking in the mainstream media.

Agree, the OP’s post is interesting.

To the OP congratulations on realizing PE is truly the art of increasing penis health not size ( though the acronym is decidedly biased )
Keep up your diligent work to striving for health it will lead to great results.

I agree with the above and really admire the OPs attitude toward PE. Good luck on reaching your goals!
