Resuming from Layoff routine
So, any tips for resuming from layoffs? Cause of thanksgiving I’d to stop doing PE, now I’m getting back with my “intermediate” routine (warm up/10 - stretch/10 - jelq/16), you guys think it’s better to go for the newbie routine for a week before getting to the “normal” rate? (Newbie I mean 10/5/10)
BTW, in the week following the “layoff” routine, you guys agree with 1 day on, 2 days off?
