That depends on what you want. Having strong PC/BC muscle alone will help you last longer, without doing anything in particular with it during sex. There is also a method of dry orgasm where you strongly contract the muscle to prevent ejaculation while still having an orgasm. After that you don’t lose erection and can continue with intercourse. That takes some practice, though.
