Month #1 gained 0.5 cm. Wouldn’t mind to keep that rate for a total of 4 cm, but would always prefer a faster rate. :P

I can’t imagine competing in PE with my mate that would be a weird feeling (I’m straight).
But anyway glad to hear the routine is working for you, so how long have you been into PE only 3 weeks or longer
