Knots Under Skin

Been hitting it pretty hard this week, and now I have a couple bumps under the skin that are a little sore. I took yesterday off. Is it ok to restart, or should I wait till they go away completely?

I would give them more time. Any idea what the bumps are?

They were probably swollen blood vessels or more likely swollen ligs. If they were blood vessels I’d probably see a bruise.

Sounds like a venous issue to me, not ligaments. If you’re talking about under the skin on your penis shaft, it’s not ligaments. Could be a slightly thrombosed vein. You need to really monitor anything like that, because it can get a lot worse fast.

Try using some Vitamin K cream and giving your penis a good rest :) .

You could try Erocet oil to speed up the healing process—vitamin E helps skin heal as well, although the combination of Lavender oil & other good stuff in Erocet oil is pretty powerful/ effective… The only danger is that it could potentially irritate your skin

Vitamin E has no real risk of irritation that I’m aware of.
