Knot under skin

3 days ago, I noticed a small knot under the skin on the side of my shaft about 1/2 inch away from the base. I can only really feel it when I’m erect. Has anyone else experienced this? I was thinking that it could be one of my suspensory ligs. There is no pain whatsoever. I started doing high leg stretches around the time I first noticed the knot, and I really get a good burn from those.

I have a knot near the head, guess its just buildup. Its not that noticable and doesn’t hurt so its ok.

When I closely examine the area, it looks like I can see 2 small raised knots. I was thinking it might have something to do with tissue.
