KISS Routine
Keep It Simple, Stupid.
That’s how I decided to approach PE on March 15th 2017. I have exclusively done a modified newbie routine that I picked up from I-don’t-know-where. It goes as follows:
* 5 minute warmup
** 25 quick kegel stretches
** 10 crank or circle stretches
** 20 sec helicopters
All three are done four times, alternating direction of pull for the kegel stretches
* 20 minutes on wet jelqing with silicone lube
* 5 minute cool down
That’s it. This routine is accomplished every other day for a 1 on/ 1off schedule. It’ll be three months in several days and I can say this: my erections with my fiancee are crazy, and we’re both noticing visual differences since starting. For those wondering, my measurements were 7 BPEL, 6.5 NBPEL, 5.5 EG. I’m sure the gains are only marginal so far, but I want to see what kind of results can be had from a simple, monotonous routine that’s consistently followed. I know many with much more experience and knowledge will say I’m crazy and doing it all wrong, but we’ll see once I measure September 15th 2017.
I decided to do this because it’s relatively quick (35 minutes total), isn’t consecutive, and I like the idea of gaining solely from my hands. If in six months from starting I’ve gained nothing, I’ll probably give it up for good. However, if measurable gains are recorded, it’ll keep going until I’m happy with my size.. Or my fiancee threatens to leave if I continue.
