I am 18 years old. I will try to get more minerals because I have a multivitamin. I will start jelqing again tomorrow or so, and I will try to buy an infrared lamp. I’ve been saying that a lot lol. I’m going to jelq at like 45-60% because that is when I feel that I get the best work out. I will start up at 160 jelqs again, 10 min warm up, 10 min stretching. Does this sound too intense?
