I was wondering if just stretching will hinder my gains? I just want length so can I just stretch? I have came to this conclusion because last night while wet jelqing my meatus actually tore and bleed a drop because of all of the pressure on the head. Obviously I wouldn’t want this to happen again! Also has this happen to anyone

No, just stretching would not hinder length gains but does hinder girth gains. Next time post this in the newbie forum.

OK again, so here is the question again. I was wondering is anyone knows how I can not put so much pressure on my meatus a.k.a. Piss hole, so it will not make that microscopic tear again? My helmet is very large and I know just because it is big that it does not mean it is the center for the most pressure. While jelqing it becomes very very engorged causing the meatus to rip slightly, I mean so slightly that in two days it is healed. Long story short obviously I am nervous about the jelqing cause it freaked me the hell out.

Based on your description, it would be very difficult to lacerate the meatus through normal jelqing. The meatus is very robust and probably would require a screw driver to cause injury. It is more likely that you injured the soft tissue of your urethra and drops of blood were exiting through your meatus.

If this is the case, it will heal relatively quickly and you will be pissing like a derby winner in no time. Do not get carried away with your exuberance at sausage making.

Jelqing can give you some length gains too

Alright thanks a lot. Well is it normal after a 30 minute session of stretching the night before that the penis can be slightly sore while piss pulling the next day? Mainly around the base of the penis? My penis is not turtling at all and is hanging like a champ, which is a positive PI. The soreness is a Negative/Nuetral PI, what should I do? Responses saying ease up on the stretching I understand this, but when I do I am still slightly sore as if I were aggressive with it. Help me out, maybe I should use a latex glove? Maybe I am sore due to hand slippage? Help me out!

Your going to have soreness, this is the nature of the game. There is good soreness and bad, just as muscle fatigue/soreness is a natural part of bodybuilding. The skin of the penis is soft and supple like a newborn, but with PE activities becomes coarsened and more resistant to trauma inducing exercises.

As you move along in your activities your physiology will habituate to the process of enlarging but soreness is something that is required to enlarge. This is the process of increasing the volume of your vessel and making it accept more blood. You must spend time in this learning curve to adjust your own personal program to fit your limits.

I am not convinced that soreness is necessary for growth. If you made something bleed, you are clearly doing something wrong. For manual stretches, you ought to be gripping below the glans, preferably around the neck of your penis.

I would sometimes have a problem with bruising around the meatus, but I found that this went away when I started using toilet paper to help get a good grip (baby power mixed with a couple of drops of water works well, too).

Especially as a newbie, you really don’t want to stretch that vigorously. Try to keep the force under 10 pounds.

Look - My first post ever - just for you..

I’ve been reading and hanging back for months now, jelqing and 440’s,etc..
In the beginning, the skin and what felt like the tunica and the base of my lig used to get very tender.the head would get little dots and red discolorations and eventually looked chapped (also around the head looked chapped).stretching seemed to strain the inside and jelqing and Ulis the epidermis..

As I gradually began to abuse my piece in a more organized and thoughtful fashion, I also found that all natural oil, such as Burt’s Bees apricot oil, applied after a work out, helped my piece to adjust and not have such a negative epidermal reaction..

I second the notion that soreness - marginal or expected soreness - is an indicator of PE working as it should.just don’t bust any more holes near your hole.

I cannot figure out this LOT Theory. I have read everything possible of it, and i do not understand the tug-back part. Can anyone explain this better to me I must be really stupid.

Tugback happens because the muscles in the perineum contract, causing the shaft to retract.

Check out the LOT Simulator, for a graphical depiction of how it works. BTW, I could never figure out LOT Theory either. I finally concluded it was because the theory didn’t make any sense.
