I’ve just started a newbie routine (day 3 today) and I was wondering if it would make a difference to do the kegel routine throughout the day versus at the end of the routine? Please advise.
It doesn’t matter as long as you do them.

I dont do them because not sure if I was doing it right. When I kegels it just moves my balls up an down and dont thinks that right is it?
You can isolate the muscle by trying to stop your pee mid flow. If you stop it you are using the right muscle. Remember which one it is and you are golden. They are very important for higher level PEing.

Thanks I will try next time I go pee. So your balls dont move when doing a kegel have I been working the wrong muscle do you think.
