Question about kegels and if I am doing them right.

I believe I am able to contract and isolate my IC muscle which makes my penis move upwards. I do not really get much movement (or up wards jolting action) of my penis when I contract my PC muscles. So I wonder whether I should train both of these muscles or whether I should only train one of these and which? Any help would be greatly appreciated! :)

Also when I do stop and start urination it really does seam like it depends on the ischiocavernosus not the pubococcygeus muscles I don’t know if any of you have realised or is it just me?
