Hi, I’m gonna do kegels first (only kegels) as a routine since my erection quality sucks.

I’m thinking of doing 25 reps , of 10 seconds each, with 10 seconds each between brake. Is this a good routine?

Argh too late to edit, but I was also wondering if you guys agree that kegels can improve erection quality? Since that is what I read in internet articles.

I really need to improve my erection quality, since I have huge problems during sex ._. I can only do positions now where I control the pace (so no cowboy etc) because else my penis just bends.

All forms of kegeling are good , had ED about 3.5 years ago and started doing them , different reps , different times for holding . Took about a month or 2 to notice the difference , never had a problem since . I do erect ones now and stamina is unreal ! Recovery time between has also noticeably improved going from being able to have sex once or twice a day to 4-5 times , depending on the mood !

How long did you normally kegel? My routine would be 8 minutes per day (10 seconds rest, 10 seconds break = 20 seconds per rep) 3 reps per minute, so 24 reps per 8 minutes. This seems like a good amount to me? Perhaps I should change the routine sometimes but keep it at 8 minutes (example: 50 reps of 5s with 5s break)?

Not too much , not everyday either and the same now , it is a muscle after all . As someone who goes to the Gym regularly I know muscles need rest days . 8-10 minutes will be fine just vary reps and time every so often and you`ll be o.k. ! Plenty of threads on here and elsewhere , have a look at them .

I do not know if it helped me for erection quality but it definitely helped me stopping from cumming after the-point-of-no-return.
