Hi guys.

I just wanted to check that I am indeed doing the kegels correctly.

If putting my finger under my balls and above my ass on the (Ithink) Perineum and flex the muscle here I can feel it move and also make my penis move too.

I just wanted to check that this is the PC muscle moving.

Should one actively flex this muscle whilst having sex to last longer or come at will.

Yes that’s indeed what happens when you do a kegel. It giving the ability to last longer or to come at will, that I’m not so sure about. You can definately intercept an ejaculation with it and bring it back, but I find edging a much better way to last longer (in fact I can last for hours if I keep the arousal levels up, but not quite the 99% edge, I’d say if you keep it at about 90% maybe a bit less or more, you can pretty much choose when to ejaculate.

How many kegels do you aim for on a daily basis?


Starting on 2013-08-16 :EL: 5.75" (14.6cm) / EG: 4.75"

Short-term goal set 01/06 15: EL: 6.75" (17.14cm) / EG 5"

I don’t really aim to do any certain amount, as a matter of fact I don’t really do them with a goal in mind, very occasionally. I find that being sexually active is enough to keep up my condition, kegels do help with maintaining an erection as well and as I’ve put in my own progress report I’d say my EQ is about 9.5 at the moment.

If you’d like to know what I’d recommend, I’d probably say just do them until the muscle gets exhausted, that way it will improve.

I did a ton kegels daily before and my muscle get overworked and went weak. I read somewhere that is way too much doin kegels like crazy all day plus kegels when workout. Now I have an seperate kegel routine of 20 min 4 days off week. 10 min 5 sec holds and 10 min long holds.

Just a tip :-) ..and as Dude 151 said.. edgin is best for control and get your erection as hard you can get, whitout ejecoulation.

Have you tried hanging a towel at your dick fully erect?! And doin pushups :-) it’s a good exercise to get strong.

Hi thanks for this I am gonna try the towel method, It may have to be a mini face towel to start with! I guess it should be a wet towel?

Start out with a dry hand towel, or what you think feels best for you to start with.. then when that becomes easy you begin with an wet towel and son on.

but

Is kegeling the same for women. Ie do women have their pc muscle which they need to flex to work and get stronger?

My buddy has just bought herself tw duo balls to put inside herself and she seems to think you put them in a go walking for 15 mins and this magically strengthens the pc muscle. Surely there has to be a coordinated effort to squeeze down on the balls, ie clench and unclench her pc muscles. Would be interested to know how this works?
