When I do kegels my dick is starting to get hard? I know I am not the only one but on how much erect dick must I do Kegels?

I’m not an expert,but i dont Think EL matters.

I do my kegels everywhere,car,bed,shower.

That’s pretty normal. While kegeling, you’re exercising your PC muscles and that may increase the blood flow to the glans etc. Voila, an erection is born for some. So I don’t think it matters how hard you are when you do it. Correct me if I’m dumb.

It doesnt matter. I prefer doing then while erect anyway, flaccid kegels dont feel effective when i do them

sometimes i get one, if im laying on my back i pop an erection easier then ever while kegeling.

Kegel with everything! Hard/soft. In the movies/church. While pissing (be careful or you’ll make a mess). While taking a shit. Definately while having sex. (most of us have done it without thinking/knowing) While stretching/jelqing. Kegels move blood to your dick. (ie more blood is good for your dick!)
