Just started PE less then 2 weeks into in and have a newb question again
I find that the kegels in my routine are by far the most strenuous part of my routine
Is that supposed to be the way or am I doing it wrong

My routine

5 mins warm wrap
10 mins 30 second streches with 30 sec intervals
10 mins 3 second wet jelq in Ok grip 2 hands constant
5 mins warm wrap
50 kegels

Any information would be appreciated

Goal 7L x 5.5G

Dream 8L x 6G

Stretching and jelqing are passive and you relax into them for best results. The penis that extends out from your body has no muscle fiber. You are stretching the ligaments and forcing blood into the tissue.

Kegals on the other hand are an actual muscle building and toning exercise. I expect that you have simply never worked the muscles in question before and that they are complaining. Two weeks is long enough that you should be finding the kegals less strenuous now, assuming that you are doing them correctly. In a few months 50 kegals will be nothing and you will be able to use an erection as a towel rack! Locating the bc muscle


Running a Massive Co-Front.

The problem is the newbie calls for holding each kegel for five seconds. As newbie, you can maybe feel the muscle exerting for a second if you are lucky before it fades way. Keep shooting for five seconds, and within about four weeks of training you should hit that.

Guys , funny but till today I thought kegeling was squeezing your dick, count to 5, and release, but on some other forum I forgot the name, I learned you got nothing to do with hands. Is that true ? English is not my first language so I’m having hard times to understand what is kegeling..

When I pee and stop it , I can only feel my veins stopping it, not any muscle.

Just a quick question iamaru, when I do the kegels I feel also movement in my anus, some say it’s normal some say it’s not. Would love to hear the answer from you, and I will update my stats asap ! (:

Oh also, I ‘ve been trying jelqinq without warming for couple days, and there’s not even a blood spots on my dick. My aim was to understand if I was doing moves correct, because many people see some changes on their dick, but mine doesnt change even if I warm up or not, am I doing something wrong ?

I can’t realize how people don’t understand what kegel is, for me it’s so natural. About the feeling in your anus yes you should have it.

Yea I just didn’t know the definition, otherwise I really had a perv grandmother she was training me when I was little kid by asking me to put a book on my dick so I was doing kegels with bringing the book up and down. Now I don’t know why I can’t do that with books, apparently I had a stronger dick when I was 7 lol

You should do this exercise again. Or use a rubebrband to kegel against.
Try short ones and long ones(holds).

Also you should feel it at your anus but try to cocnentrate the feeling more towards your dick.
for me there are front and back pc muscles. its the same muscle but it feels different

Ahaha sricardo you’re amazing bro. Oh and back then they used to put parsley to most of the foods so that’s why it’s a saying but I still use it all the time lol

Thanks dicker, I’ve been doing kegels now everyday smth like 5sec x50 (a day) kegels. My laptop crashed so I’ve only acces to internet thru my phone, are those rubberbands worth for a search?(: do they make a big difference for a starter?

its just normal rubber bands. the ones you get everywhere. you could use something else like a theraband to provide resistance.
you can do them on day one. but be prepared for a cramp in the kegel muscle :P ;)
