Just to reassure myself..
You can’t overdo kegels, can you?
My PE routine is so erratic, about the only thing I can regularly do is kegels. I feel like I do a few hundred on/offs a day.
I tried to do something like 10 seconds on, 10 seconds off, but I don’t feel like I have the base strength in that muscle group to be able to adequately hold the kegel for that long for more than a dozen or so reps.
