When doing my kegels I always feel like I’m using my ass muscles and stomach muscles.

I remember reading on here that there’s a way that you only use the pc muscle but I can’t find it.

I’m sure it was something like point toes inwards standing or something like that.

Can anyone advise please?

It’s alright to contract other muscles when doing Dr. Kegel’s exercise. However, if you feel the need to exercise only the BC muscle (it’s PC in women, BC in men, see: Locating the BC muscle) then learn what it feels like to contract it. The next time you have an erection concentrate on making your dick “jump.” Make it move up and down by contracting the pelvic muscles. Once you learn how it feels you can begin to limit the contraction of other muscles and contract only the one that matters. But, as I said, it doesn’t hurt to contract other muscles so long as you exercise the BC at the same time.
