By doing Kegels (I’m a newbie) is it the same as using the muscles to lift your penis when erected (IE make it look like it’s bouncing?)
I can barely manage 1 second before it becomes uncomfortable although I have quite a strong ejaculation.
Am I doing this right?
Yep, somebody might need to correct me on this, but I’m pretty sure that’s it.
Basically, it’s the muscle that you use to stop your piss flow.
If you can only flex it for 1 second, that’s fine. Just hold it for as long as you can when you do yours kegels, and release for the same amount of time. That’s what I do anyway. I’m slowly, but surely, improving.

You new guys need to learn how to use the search function (button, top right of every page). This question has been answered dozens of times already. There are current threads on this subject that are easily found just by looking at the first page or two of the Newbie forum.
