Hey guys, I’m going to start the newbie routine either today or tomorrow. The thing is I can’t find out what a kegel is.I looked through all of the videos and there wasn’t one for kegels. Can someone please let me know what it is as soon as possible so I can start my routine. Another thing is, it says 30 second stretches for 5 minutes, how do I do this stretch? Also, how long should I do the newbie routine for before I advance to the standard routine? Thanks a lot guys!

You asked about kegels, well have you ever taken a piss and stoped mid stream, then start again. This is what a kegel is, you are using the muscle that stop you when pissing, so you thigten then release tighten and release, so you build up to 20 each time you exercise. To stretch your penis you grab a hold of it and pull staight down, then put the other hand on top of that hand and push down. You can stretch side to side, then pull straight up. The reason that you use the other hand on top of the other is to put more preasure on the penis.

The Newbie Routine run about three months. The first month of Jelqing do 200-300 Jelqs each day, then in the next few months increase your Jelqing, so by the third month you are doing 600-700 a day.

I don’t think I can add anything to this other than do be sure to follow cclark’s suggestions. Look at those 6-month gains for chrissakes!

Also, don’t skimp on the warmup. I have done everything from hot tub to hot cloth to heating pad to IR lamp, and I am loving the IR lamp now.

Wow thanks a lot cclark.very useful info.also congratz on your gains man good for you!I started with 200 jelqs today but I guess from now on ill do 300 per routine and after three months ill go to about 650 because that already seems like it is a lottttt. One more thing, once I reach my goal, for whatever it is I don’t know yet, and I stop doing all these exercises my penis won’t go back to what it was before all of my exercises will it?
