Kegels
Hi I’m new here and I was looking for instructions on how to kegel but I couldn’t find any. Can anyone help me out?

Kegel = Take a piss. Stop the flow.
Reverse kegel = Take a piss. Force it out.
Thats how to determine the correct BC muscle flex, but you dont need to piss to do them, but it helps to make sure you’re doing them correctly.
