I am doing the newbie routine and am wondering whether these are neccissary seeing as I think I already have quite a strong bc muscle (I can already multiple orgasm)

Will not doing kegels have a negative effect on my routine?

No, not doing will not have a negative effect. But it still might be a wise decision to do just a few during the day to help blood flow.

I think they help greatly and I definitely notice a difference when I haven’t been doing them for a few days.

Try doing kegels WHILE doing your other exercises. For example, kegel while jelqing.
They greatly increase the power of the exercise. I kegel while doing many exercises; jelqing, orange bends, any others.

Furthermore, you are killing two birds with one stone.

I guess it depends on what you consider to be a “negative” effect.

I consider lack of gains to be a “negative” effect, so yes, not doing kegels will yield a negative effect. Kegels are the cornerstone for many great routines. Whether you want to believe their significance in PE is a moot point, because they are very important.

Clamping—Kegels are very important in clamping. They help boost the pressure inside the penis allowing you to stretch your penis overall.

Stretching—Allows you to exhaust your ligs so you may get a better stretch, and in the long run will give you better results.

Penis Health and Sexual Stamina—Allows you to control your orgasms, thus giving your partner more pleasure with your stronger erections.

I’m gaining doing very VERY little kegelling.

Which makes me wonder if I’d be gaining better if I did kegels more regularly… .

Thanks for all the advice guys, I have decided to make sure I do at least 50 a day. What other benefits do kegels have - I’ve read somewhere they can help prevent prostate cancer. Is this an urban myth?
