Even though I seem to be a senior member now, I feel like this is a newbie question. So I posted it here. I have been doing kegels for a while now. I was told to do them three times a day, 50 reps a set. I really hate doing them, I would rather only do them once a day and get it over with. I hate spacing three sets at different times through the day. Does anyone just do one set a day, how would that affect PE gains. I am thinking about doing one set to failure. Any advice on this, is this ok or what.
