Kegels with the workout?
Havent posted in awhile. Last month of senior have been hell.(never thought I would ever say that) I’ve gotten in more trouble this past month than I have all my high school career. Anyways back to my question, do I combine the Kegels with the workout? Im still sticking with the stretches (10-35 seconds) and then I am jelqing around 225, taking it slow each week im moving up around 25. Anyways, do I kegel after completing the stretches and jelqs, or in between, or do I do them throughout the day? Im a lifeguard so I have plenty of time in the chair! Also is it ok to stretch after I take a leak, not very long just a quick 35 second up or down? Sorry alot of questions, just got to get them out of the way.
