Kegels - What the hell is everyone talking about
I have been doing nothing but kegels for the last 2 weeks, no other PE and the benefit to my erections in fullness, duration and reduced recovery time after ejaculation has been incredible. I actually can’t believe that it is just the kegels that are responsible for this, but I have only done 4 light jelq sessions, so the jelqing can’t be that much of a factor.
Anyway, the point is, I have read several threads about kegels, and I don’t understand why people are doing so many? I have read about people doing hundreds per day, I am only doing 10 to 15 kegels, 2 or 3 seconds in duration, approximately 4 or 5 times throughout the day. So at most, I am doing 75 kegels per day, and really feeling the results! Is everyone taking this way too far, or is the amount of kegels that I do daily going to have to be increased as I progress?
