I’ve been doing kegels and for a while i was experiencing a higher erection quality and seemed to be developing some pretty nice staying power (I only tried with edging but that was nice). Now, my EQ has gone down and I’m experiencing a short fuse issue where I’m getting closer to cumming much more quickly than I did before.

Should I try to amp up the routine and do more kegels so I can get that harder hard-on back? Or is this just a normal phase in a kegel routine that you just need to keep working through? Like you’re a little more limp and cum quicker for a couple of weeks but you keep on with kegeling and then you go back to the enhanced dick features?

It depend on the system your body works to. Doing kegels may be enhancing the signals being sent to your brain.

Best thing is to stop them for a week or two then try again but with reduced intensity. Let your body get used to that then perhaps gradually build up the intensity.

Dose any body else feel like they can not hold a Kegel longer than 5 sec? I feel like that and when I try to do reps it gets harder and harder to hold. Dose this get eraser as you go on?

I know what you’re talking about bdragon472. When I do kegling sitting down, my penis will do the turtling thing (my penis pulls up closer to my body). When I first start out doing the kegels, my penis pulls up and stays in place. But after I’ve been kegling for a while my penis will start to tremble a little like its becoming more difficult to hold the kegel.

I’m experimenting with different methods for the kegeling routine. Someone on the site suggested stopping during the routine and just waiting for a minute and then going on with the routine. That seems to help; I mean in terms of getting back up to holding the kegel for the full five seconds. I think in a lot of ways it is like working your muscles with weights; in that it’s about building the BC’s strength so you can hold it.
