Kegels question

My question is, how do you really no if you are doing Kegels right ??

I have read about them and have tried it myself, I’ve stopped the flow when I’m peeing just to have a feel but still I do not no if I’m doing them right!!

Is it when you focus on the muscle and your penis moves if erect sort of thing lol

Yes to identify the exercise but that is not ideal to stop peeing frequently
Yes and no erections are a side effect of kegels meaning your EQ has improved
Sign of good kegels is if urination or urge of urination is contained that is what kegels were designed for originally.
It is important whilst kegeling to continue breathiing normally without interruptions otherwise it is not a kegel and you are not kegeling witha tight stomach muscle (many do it this way and it is clearly wrong the pelvic floor is not engaged).
Takes time for a man to master kegels it is much easier for women who can introduce an object into the vagina and hold or squeeze
Takes about six months to master kegels and show good signs of erection and premature ejeculation control
But kegels do work

I’ve been kegeling solidly for 3 weeks and it has given my great EQ already. I heard that reverse kegeling is supposedly better so I try and do 50 normal and reverse kegel everyday.

I'm going to up the intensity and hit PE hard!

Not true physios and surgeons estimate three to six months OL but reverse kegel are there and mainly used to prevent early ejac good that you practice them
